    About me

On November 1st, 2015, I decided to step away from the Mormon church. It was a heartbreaking day, but I couldn’t deny the feeling in my heart. This year has carried with it a whirlwind of emotions: confusion, anger, depression…

But also so much happiness, love and new friendships. My marriage has been the best it’s ever been!

I have let go of the guilt of not meeting the expectations of others. I have let go of the shame felt by holding myself back from being who I truly am. I embrace myself fully!

I don’t know if God exists, but I do know that I am powerful and worth honoring. And that’s an amazing thing to know.
